The Building Process

STEP 1

Lot Selection

Let us help you find the right lot for your new home or let us inspect your 
owned lot to determine the characteristics and home placement.

STEP 2

Design and Customize your Design Plan

Meet with our Architect and he will prepare a preliminary design of your
dream home and we will review the plan with you.

STEP 3

Determine the Cost of Your Home

We will prepare a comprehensive cost estimate according to options and features that you required; we will work with on that cost estimate and features to set it
within your budget. There will be no hidden cost or cutting corners.

STEP 4

Complete the Paperwork

You will prepare a contract, specifications document and we will go over the warranty.

STEP 5

Financing

Select a Mortgage Company: You may choose your own, however we recommend Bob Duane with Prime Source Mortgage.

STEP 6

Color Selections

We will make a list of all the items that you will be selecting and the 
due dates for it.

STEP 7

Pre-Construction Meeting

This is the final meeting before we begin building Set up pre-construction meeting with your Builder and to review your finalized plans before construction begins.

STEP 8

Construction Meeting

We believe the key to any strong relationship is communication. So, you can expect to hear from your builder on a regular basis throughout the construction process. And, you know who to talk to when you have questions.
